Storage: Store and use indoors in a dry, well-ventilated space, away from direct sunlight, condensation, partially exposed areas, heaters, air conditioning vents, other sources of rapid temperature change, and sand, which can damage the surface.

Inspection: Check all bolts and hardware connections every six months to maintain safety and stability.

Cleaning: Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, bleach, solvents, abrasive pads, steel wool, soaking, pressure washing, and steam cleaning. For stubborn marks, use a little mild soap diluted in water sparingly, then dry immediately with a clean cloth.

Damage: Playboards are built to last, but if a knock or bump damages a component, set the Playboard aside until our team has looked at and sorted the part. We're here to help at service@versaplay.com.au.

Warranty period: 3 years from original purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship. Provided by Versaplay to the original purchaser only. Non-transferable.

What's covered: At Versaplay's discretion, repair or replacement of any component defective from a manufacturing fault: structural defects in panels or parts, defective hardware or fasteners, delamination or significant surface defects present at purchase, and any component failing under normal play within the warranty period.

Not covered: Fair wear and tear; damage from outdoor use or exposure to weather, moisture, or sunlight; surface wear from abrasive surfaces like sand or rough flooring; misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care guidelines; unauthorised modification or repair; accidental damage including impact, drops, or deliberate misuse; and cosmetic colour or texture variations natural to the material.

Making a claim: Photograph the affected area, ideally with the full Playboard in shot. Email it with a brief description and proof of purchase to service@versaplay.com.au.

Australian consumer law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss, and to repair or replacement if the goods are not of acceptable quality and the failure is not major. This warranty adds to, and does not limit, those rights.

Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, Versaplay's liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product or component. Versaplay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss from use or inability to use the product.
